Refund policy
We have a 7-days refund or return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. Items that are disposable in nature are excluded from the 7-days refund or return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to support@thepawmisedland.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your refund or return request.
Refund or return requests for orders received after 7 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
The return shipping costs will also have to be covered by the buyer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
Please note, that you are eligible for a replacement/refund if the item was damaged during the delivery or due to a malfunction under the warranty period. Simply send us a video of the item malfunction at support@thepawmisedland.com. But we can't accept a refund request if your cat simply ignores a certain item you purchased in our store due to the 'whimsical cat nature'. We appreciate your consideration.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thepawmisedland.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thepawmisedland.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
